Thrown from Mule, Farmer Suffers Head, Shoulder & Neck Pain

Thrown from his Kawasaki Mule when it tipped on rough terrain, Paul Constanzo damaged his head, shoulder, and C3-C4 vertebrae.  Michigan Agrability was able to reduce the resulting pain in his right wrist, neck, and shoulder and tingling nerves in right extremities while doing farm work.
